TITULIA CITY - RNC Council President and RNC Leader-elect JI981993 (R,Con) will not stay on as RNC Council President, leaving the duty to RNC Councilmember JP9893 (R,GOP). Mr. JP will be sworn in as the new RNC Council President after the swearing-in of RNC Leader-elect JI981993.

TITULIA CITY | RNC Council Pres. JI981993 (R,Con) launched a new RNC by revamping the party's styles, design, and features. A new manifesto is expected soon and the new RNC Leader has promised to make the party "more open" to new ideas that can lead to compromise and a better Titulia, hence the new name - A real party for Titulia. Council Pres. JI calls the creation of the LRP through the split of the RNC a "regrettable mistake" on the part of Former RNC Leader Julian (UP).

The RNC has selected Former Pres. Julian (R,Con) as its candidate for the North District and RNC Council Pres. JI981993 (R,Con) as its candidate for the Central District.

Newly elected President Dennis McVicker (Lib.) and Vice President Luxis Avaram are also welcome to attend this Saturday's RNC Council Meeting, where the party will vote on granting confidence in the McVicker administration. 

On the election, the RNC will release new advertisements in the coming weeks - including a video advert aimed at the "insider-establishment candidates" representing the previous bad government. 

THE NEW RNC LEADER (and Vice President) - INTRODUCING LUXIS AVARAM

Luxis Avaram (R-GOP) has officially been sworn in as RNC Leader, succeeding JP9893 (R-GOP). Mr. Avaram will enter a brief interim period before officially becoming the permanent RNC Leader on 20 October.

Mr. Avaram previously served as RNC Leader between March - June 2009. During that time, he was elected Titulia's 4th President - succeeding Alex Pijanowski. He lost re-election in May 2009 and was succeeded by Libertarian Dennis McVicker. Mr. Avaram later went on to serve on the General Court briefly and in December 2009, he made a brief presidential bid - but lost to incumbent Linardist Pres. Gregory Hock. He made a return to the RNC in Mid-Summer 2010 and was appointed Deputy RNC Leader by Former RNC Leader JP9893. Mr. Avaram went on to succeed JP as both GOP Branch President and RNC Leader.

The RNC Council approved his interim leadership on October 17,2010 and he is slated to take office as permanent (elected) RNC Leader on Oct. 20,2010 at the end of the election.

Mr. Avaram was selected was Former Pres. Dennis McVicker's running mate for the October 2010 Presidential Election and was successfully elected garnering 54% of the vote. He will take office as President McVicker's Vice-President.

RNC LEADER JP9893 RESIGNS (via RNC Daily)

TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | RNC Leader JP9893 (R-GOP) has officially resigned his post. Deputy RNC Leader Luxis Avaram (R-GOP) will enter an interim leader period before officially taking office.

Mr. JP told the RNC Daily that he was “grateful the RNC gave me the opportunity to serve as Party Leader and I regret any mistakes I have made. Let’s continue to work together for the RNC and Conservative principles.”

The RNC Council will meet tomorrow to solidify Mr. Avaram’s position. The RNC Council will also pay now-former RNC Leader JP9893 his guaranteed payroll of T$ 250.

His twitter account, @votetituliarnc will remain in his control until tomorrow, when RNC Council Pres. JI981993 (R-Con) will assume control.

Mr. Avaram is slated to address the RNC Council tomorrow in his first speech as RNC Leader.

RNC LEADER AND COUNCIL JOINT STATEMENT ON VICIOUS NORTON ATTACK

Joint Statement by RNC Leader JP9893 (R-GOP) and RNC Council President JI981993 (R-Con)

Today, Former President TJ Norton (LRP) viciously and inappropriately attacked the RNC over comments made in the Conservative right-wing paper The Titulian Conservative that is NOT affiliated with the RNC.

However, Mr. Norton chose his discretion by attacking RNC Leader JP9893, RNC Council Pres. JI981993 and esteemed members of the RNC. We are a proud center-right party focused on bringing back Titulia, and Mr. Norton is trying to pull us backwards.

In his comments today, Mr. Norton attacked the education of Former Pres. Julian (R-Con), RNC Leader JP9893 and RNC Council Pres. JI981993 by stating that these individuals were:

RNC - THE PARTY OF THE POLITICAL DEAD

Man you got to love Titulia! Keep your hats on the rack people .. if you're a moderate or not sitting on the ultra-conservative, anti-choice, anti-gay, anti-waiting periods on rocket launcher benches .. dear God you're a SOCIALIST? Bless their quaint New Jersey school system!

The RNC and these individuals are not anti-gay nor is it ultra-conservative as stated above. These individuals are pro-life, which is essentially an unnecessary political ideology in Titulia. We endorse the civil union and adoption (as well as other rights) of the LGBT Community both in Titulia and abroad.

One of these individuals has LGBT relatives, and is extremely offended by that notion. This individual will remain private out of respect.

The RNC CONDEMS Mr. Norton and asks that President Renee Buchanan (LRP), LRP Leader Reg C Ambrose, and the LRP Party Executive Committee condemn Mr. Norton’s comments as well. This blog post was extremely offensive to the RNC and we know that everybody in the LRP does not share the radical views of Mr. Norton.

The incumbent RNC Leadership would also ask that incoming RNC Leader Luxis Avaram (R-GOP) condemn the comments made by his Liberty House colleague.

These comments should certainly not be celebratory to anyone of any party. While he has a right to free speech, this is completely inappropriate for him to talk about the personal lives of Titulians.

Previously, Mr. Norton asked that we stop publishing RNC Party-related news on the Titulia Post – so we have stopped blogging on the RNC altogether. HOWEVER, we will not give in to Mr. Norton’s recent repulsive remarks

RNC LEADERSHIP CONFIRMS OWENMERRY A NO-VOTE

TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | RNC Leader JP9893 (R-GOP) has confirmed that Councilor OwenMerry (R-PM) will not have a vote due to his inactivity and failure to respond. This means, Mr JP is likely to cast 2 Votes in the case of a tie – particularly the Repeal of the Branch Foundation Plan –. One vote as a Councilor and one as RNC Leader. Mr. Owen has not responded to a message from the RNC Leadership and has been absent since September.

 

RNC Council : How to vote and run

Here’s the RNC Daily Guide to voting and running in the RNC Council Election.

As of September 2010, RNC Leader JP9893 (R-GOP) reduced the number of seats to 1 seat per branch from 2 seats per branch.

What does this mean? Elections will be more competitive as the number of seats has decreased by 50%.

I want to run for the RNC Council to represent my branch. File with your branch president or the incumbent RNC Leader by sending them a message. If more than one candidate files, the branch will hold a vote to determine its RNC Councilmember.

If no one other than you runs for the Council seat, you are confirmed as the RNC Councilman.

Who’s running and how do I vote?

Here is the list of approved candidates for the RNC Council seats. Nomination period ends Wednesday, and any branches with more than one nominee has until Friday to hold elections. The 1st RNC Council session is the Saturday after the elections at 10 PM US-EDT.

Mr JP and Mr Avaram are the only members of this branch, and JP has officially dropped out of the race. Mr Avaram can be treated as the GOP Branch President-designate due to this event. JP has been the GOP’s branch president since September 2009, making him the longest-serving branch president.

The addition of more reforms after those added by JP will reduce the power of the Council and limit its abilities. The Avaram Council Reform plan is set to be implemented once Mr Avaram has been sworn-in as Acting-Leader. RNC Council elections will be held next week, with the 1st meeting set to be next Saturday at 10 PM US-EDT with both incumbent RNC Leader JP9893 and incoming Interim-RNC Leader JP9893 will reportedly be in attendance.

TITULIA CITY - Deputy RNC Leader Luxis Avaram (R,GOP) addressed the party as he steps up his plan for his incoming interim administration as RNC Leader JP9893 (R,GOP) steps down on Oct. 15. Mr Avaram has announced sweeping RNC Council reforms that transfers more powers back to the leader and the party members.

RNC Council elections will be held next week, with the 1st Session Next Saturday at 10 PM US-EDT. All RNC Members are permitted to attend, but only Council Members may participate in activities (roll call, voting, swearing in, etc).

Former President Julian (R-Con) will not run for his Conservatives branch seat, and Former RNC Chairman JI981993 (R-Con) is expected to fill that seat after RNC Leader JP9893 reduced the number of seats to 1 per branch from the previous 2 seats per branch.

Incoming Acting-RNC Leader Luxis Avaram (R-GOP) is expected to introduce new reforms to the Council, as indicated by several tweets on his official @luxisavaram account.
