The RNC Council has accepted RNC Leader Luxis Avaram's resignation. We have NOT YET accepted Former Pres. Julian's appointment as Deputy RNC Leader, and therefore Acting-RNC Leader. Any final decisions will be made FRIDAY by the latter party.
